Mai Tai

30 ml  White Cane Spirit    

30 ml Dark Cane Spirit    

15 ml Triple Sec    

30 ml Lime Juice    

10 ml Sugar Syrup (made  1:1)    

7.5 ml Monin Almond Syrup  

Method: Shake briefly, strain  into glass, top with fresh ice.    

Glass: Old Fashioned or  Highball    

Garnish: Orange Wedge, Mint  Sprig,  Maraschino Cherry
